What types of vehicles do you service?
We service a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles. We accept all insurance's and self pay customers as well.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
There is not appointment necessary for an estimate. Stop by during our normal business hours, Monday-Thursday 830am-530pm. We will be happy to take some pictures and send you an estimate.
How do I schedule for the repairs?
We schedule based on the parts availabilty. Once an estimate is written, we check on any delays for the parts needed to do the repairs. We do this so we can minimize the time you are without your vehicle.
How long does a typical repair take?
The length of a repair can vary depending on the extent of the damage. We strive to complete all work efficiently without compromising on quality. Estimated time of repairs will also depend on the parts availabilty from the manufacturer.
What insurance companies do you accept?
We accept all insurances. We also accept self pay customers.
How do I get a rental car?
This is soley based on the insurance. We will be happy to let the rental company know you will be needing a rental but this is the extent of our relationship with the rental company. Please discuss any rental questions with your rental company and your insurance company.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes, we offer warranties on all our work. We stand behind the quality of our services and want you to feel confident in the work we do on your vehicle. Ask for a warranty certificate at the time of completion of the repairs.
What method of payments do you accept?
We accept many forms of payment. We will accept debit and credit cards, cash, and a cashiers check or a money order as well.
